Co-eXprise offers a variety of applications and services.
Co-eXprise collects information from individuals who visit
the Company's Web sites ("Visitors") and individuals who use
the Services ("Customers").
When expressing interest in obtaining additional information about
the Services, Co-eXprise asks you to provide personal contact
information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and
email address ("Required Contact Information").
As you navigate the Web sites, Co-eXprise may also collect

("Web Site Navigational Information"). Web Site Navigational

the Company's Web sites (such as the Web pages viewed and the

information, a request for a Co-eXprise White Paper, or to
register for Co-eXprise events, such as analyst briefings, etc.
Co-eXprise collects additional information if you choose to

telephone number, mailing and facsimile address, as well as
the contents of your questions and/or comments submitted along with

In general, Co-eXprise may use this information to respond to your
inquiry, request your participation in surveys, and contact
you about Co-eXprise products or partner offerings that may be of

Co-eXprise uses Web Site Navigational Information to operate and

Site Navigational Information to provide personalized information

Co-eXprise uses cookies to make interactions with the Company's Web

Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses to track and aggregate
non-personal information. For example, Co-eXprise uses IP addresses
to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors
navigate the Company's Web sites.

Friend, and Customer Testimonials
Co-eXprise may provide bulletin boards or blogs on the Company's
Web sites. Any personal information you choose to submit in
such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit
these forums, and may be used to send
you unsolicited messages. Co-eXprise is not responsible for the
personal information you choose to submit in
these forums.
Co-eXprise posts a list of Customers and testimonials on the
Company's Web sites that contain information such as Customer
names and titles. Co-eXprise obtains the consent of each Customer
prior to posting testimonials.
6. Sharing of Information
Collected
Co-eXprise does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information
provided with third parties for their promotional purposes.
From time to time, Co-eXprise may partner with other companies to
jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or
specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or
service from Co-eXprise, the Company may share Data About
Co-eXprise Customers collected in connection with your purchase or
expression of interest with our joint promotion
partner(s).
Co-eXprise reserves the right to use or disclose information
provided if required by law or if Co-eXprise
reasonably believes that use or disclosure is necessary to
protect the Company's rights and/or to comply with a

Co-eXprise may use information about Co-eXprise Customers from

Statement shall apply even if Co-eXprise transfers information

stateful inspection, intrusion detection systems, and other
advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside
intruders. This technology helps to ensure
that Customer Data is safe, secure, and only available to
Co-eXprise personnel.

Statement Does NOT Address
This Privacy Statement does not address the data management
practices and policies of Co-eXprise applicable to the
operation and use of the CX4 Technology.
