CX4 REACH Compliance

REACH is the European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use, focusing on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemical substances.  The aim of REACH is to improve the protection of human health and the environment through better and earlier identification of the intrinsic properties of chemical substances.

The CX4 REACH Compliance module is designed to track chemical substance data at the part level, so that each part can be analyzed for its potential environmental impact and compliance with REACH directives.

The CX4 REACH Compliance module provides a scalable, web-based solution for manufacturing companies to quickly and easily collect required REACH information from their supply partners and report on the results.

CX4 Export Control and Compliance

The CX4 Export Control and Compliance Module is designed to prevent unwanted exposure of classified information in compliance with government regulations (e.g. ITAR).

The solution provides controls to ensure that only approved personnel and supply partners can access sensitive technical designs and documents. Security features include item and document access tracking as well as document printing and download disablement as an extra measure to prevent information exposure and unintended intellectual property loss.

Identity management technology is enabled at the user, location, and computer level for controlled access to restricted documents. Additionally, patented file viewing enhances the prevention, tracking, and auditing of unauthorized document access attempts.

CX4 Contract Management

The CX4 Contract Management module enables a company to manage contracts with customers and supply partners. The module provides a central repository to store contracts and any associated attachments or exhibits as well as a method to empower legal representatives to negotiate, track and authorize contract term changes.

New contracts can be quickly and easily added to a sourcing event by leveraging a library of existing contract(s). CX4 Contract Management extends the existing Co-eXprise platform by enabling users to automatically generate a contract for the awarded supplier(s) of a sourcing project. The collaboration and workflow capabilities provide a construct to ensure that contract language changes are documented and receive necessary approval prior to execution.

• Standardization of contracts and contract language in an easy-to-access repository
• Improved management of the contracting process
• Ability to create contract templates to track specific contract terms and conditions
