The CX4 Contract Management Module enables a company to manage contracts with customers, vendors, or employees. The module provides a central repository to store new and existing contracts as well as a method to ensure compliance with their terms and conditions. The collaboration and workflow capabilities provide a construct to ensure that contract language changes are documented and receive necessary approval prior to execution.

New contracts can be created quickly and easily by leveraging a library of standard clauses or an existing contract(s). The Contract Management module extends the existing Co-eXprise Strategic Sourcing platform by enabling the user to automatically generate a contract for the awarded supplier(s) of a sourcing project.
